Company Service Packages
A Service Package is a set of services bundled at a specific pricing rate (base and per minute rates). The Service Packages page provides information only. It does not give you the possibility to add, modify or remove service packages. Service packages can only be modified by system administrators (your service provider). Each Service Package is defined as follows:
- Service Bundle: A set of speech services such as Speech Contacts, Speech Outlook, Smart Number, Smart Fax, and DID;
- Base Rate: The monthly amount billed for the service bundle regardless of usage time;
- Time Included: the number of free usage minutes included in the base rate;
- Minute Rate: The amount charged for each minute of usage beyond the time included.
Service Packages are assigned by Company Administrators to the subscription keys (ESK) distributed to users. Users can subscribe to one or many service packages. Service packages are created and modified by the service provider only.
