Company Profile
The Company Profile page is where you can view and edit the company account settings.
Company Account Profile View

- The Company General Information: Name, languages supported, telephony provider (Company PBX), country, packages, call restrictions and mail access
- The Company Administrator's Account: Administrator name, language, e-mail, phone number and password
- The Company Virtual Assistant Information: Virtual assistant's name and e-mail
- The Company Account Provisioning Access: The credentials used to access and provision the company account on the telephony provider used.

Changing the Company Administrator Credentials
- To change your password, click on Change My Password in the Administrator's Account section.
A window opens. Enter the current password and the new one twice in the appropriate fields. - To change your e-mail address, go to the Administrator's Account section then click in the E-mail field. Enter the new e-mail address.
- Click Submit to save the changes.
Your new administrator password and/or e-mail address will be effective as soon as you click submit. They will be required the next time you need to login as the company administrator.
Changing the Company Administrator Language
- In the Administrator Information section, change the Administrator language and click Submit to save changes.
The page should refresh in the selected language.
Changing the Company Languages
- Open the General Information section and select the First Language. This will be the primary interface language (default) for your company.
If your company uses a second language, then check the Second Language checkbox to enable bilingual operation. You can only set a second language if your system supports more than one language. - Click Submit to save changes.
The new company language setting is now effective and will be used for the next call session.
Selecting the Default Service Packages
You can select the service packages offered by default or as options to each new company user in the Company Profile page as follows:
- Open the General Information section and click the Edit Offered Packages button. Check or uncheck the Offer and Default boxes to offer or not offer each service package by default or as an option.
- Click Submit to confirm the changes.
Configure the Company Mail Access Connection
- Open the General Information section and click the Edit Mail Access button.
A Mail Access Connection configuration page opens. Enter the parameters required to configure access to the mail server of your company. - Click OK to confirm the changes.
The validated connection will be applied to your future company users. They will only have to enter their username and password when configuring their mail access.
Virtual Assistant Name & E-Mail
expected to configure the mail access connection to your company's e-mail server. You can do so from as follows:
- Open the Virtual Assistant Information section in the Company Profile page to display the name and e-mail of your assistant.
- Make your changes by overwriting the information in the appropriate fields: Assistant Name and Assistant E-mail.
- Click OK to confirm the changes.
The new assistant name and e-mail will be used for the next messages sent. Make sure that the assistant's e-mail account is active and operational on your company mail server.
PBX Used and Account Provisioning Credentials
- The phone system used by your company is selected from the list of supported phone systems.
- The credentials used to to access your company account on the phone system are in the fields Account ID and Password.
The Account ID and Password are used by the Web portal to access your company account on the phone system (PBX) and perform remote provisioning and account management operations such as importing users and phone numbers, configuring IP phones, etc.
Access your Company Bill
- From the Profile page, click on the Bill link. The billing system's authentification page opens asking for your company administrator password.
- Enter your password to open the billing details of your company account.
